1). Project background:
Requirement description:
Send the center point of the secondary screen and the middle frame to the PLC, and the PLC end calculates and guides the mechanism to correct the attitude of the secondary screen according to the attitude of the middle frame to complete the fitting of the secondary screen and the middle frame. To solve the problem that the edge of the extracted frame in the original scheme is unstable, and the center point of the calculated frame is biased, which leads to the situation that the sub-screen press frame and the fitting is inaccurate.

The scheme mainly consists of 12MP resolution industrial camera and VM algorithm development platform.

Operation description of each camera:
Main camera: PLC sends instructions to control the branch to detect the corner of the middle frame or detect the corner of the secondary screen, and output the detected corner and whether the detection is complete signal.
Secondary camera: Similar to the main camera operation scheme, adding camera mapping and physical calculation.
