HIFLY high power backlight consists of uniformly distributed LED light-emitting units. Support customized color, wavelength, luminous size, etc.

● Brightness level 255, connected to the controller can be adjusted.

● Life span:30000 hours for red light and 30000 hours for white light.

Applications Case

Contour detection

Products are light-tight entities that are illuminated from the bottom of the product using a backlight. The part covered by the product is black, the rest is white, and the black part is the outline of the product.

Workpiece missing and folding detection

Required to detect the lack of glue and not folded well two cases, need backlight and coaxial light with lighting to detect defects.

Glass bottle detection
