Lamp plate welding spot detection
Ordinary light sources cannot clearly detect the situation of less welding and missing welding. AOI checks the plane or stereo condition of the solder joint of the lamp plate through special optical principles to accurately identify defects and help to improve product quality.
LED lamp bead welding detection
The lamp beads are arranged in order on the lamp plate by soldering. And the small volume of the lamp bead in welding the existence of subtle defects are not easy to be perceived. AOI light is required to cooperate with the detection to ensure the quality of solder welding.
PCB plate welding spot detection
There are many kinds of colors on the PCB plate, and the interference is strong. The solder joint is small and subtle defects are not noticeable. Subtle defects are obvious under AOI illumination, which improves the accuracy of detection.
Chip welding defect detection
After the chip is welded, the welding OK and NG should be classified and output. According to the welding area, the condition is divided into half welding or missing welding.
