Applications Case

LCD backplane surface defect detection

The LCD screen is composed of a backlight layer and a liquid crystal layer。 The dust and black spots attached to the backlight plate will affect the fitting effect. Bar light more size and high brightness, which can meet the lighting requirements of most back lit plates.

PCB gumming detection

Check whether there is leakage glue after gumming the PCB circuit board, detect the presence of glue on the surface of important components that do not need to be coated.

Poor assembly detection

When the product comes from the assembly line, the strip light source is needed to detect the installation, and then the caliper tool is used to detect whether the installation is qualified.

Character recognition detection
