Sheet metal detection
The detected sheet metal is placed above the ultra-thin flat backlight, and the sheet metal is in sharp contrast with the white background. Highlight the black edge of the sheet metal.
PCB board printing defect detection
Smaller PCB board is easy to miss and misprint in the printing process. Side backlight can be used for illumination in machine vision inspection to improve the detection efficiency.
Glass lamp crack detection
The glass tube is reflective and transparent. Using the backlight to illuminate from the bottom of the glass tube, it can clearly detect whether there is a crack in the glass.
Dimension measurement of metal workpiece
Metal workpieces are light-tight entities that are illuminated from the bottom of the workpiece using a backlight.The part covered by the workpiece is black, the rest is white, and the black part is the size of the workpiece.
