Pallet material detection
Detect whether the side pin of the material in the tray on the assembly line is missing, and the lighting area is large and the light is strong.
Pipelined positioning and grasping
Assembly line transports the product to the indicated position. Hole backlight provides illumination, camera takes pictures to locate the coordinates and angles of the product. The robot arm grabs the product and puts it in the material box.
Product breathable film detection
The production line automatically transports the product to the fixed inspection station. Breathable film is thin and has light transmission. Hole backlight illuminates the product from top to bottom and works with the camera to detect defects in the breathable film.
Automotive motor stator OCR detection
Identify the characters and characteristics on the product line, judge the product model, and send an alarm signal when different models are found mixed.
