Dimension measurement of metal parts
Place the detected metal part above the collimated backlight. The part contrasts sharply with the white background, and the prominent black edge is the size of the part.
Wafer surface defect detection
The quality of a wafer is affected by the defects that occur during production. While some small defects cannot be observed by the naked eye.Collimated backlight has strong illumination and no shadow, which can better observe the product defects.
Large-area circuit board component detection
When detecting large-area circuit board components, the luminous area of other light sources cannot completely cover the measured object. The backlight has a large luminous area, which is more suitable for the illumination of large-area circuit board components detection.
Glass bottle diameter measurement
The glass bottle is transparent, and the parallel backlight light directly shines on the bottle can clearly outline the outline of the bottle. It provides the basis for diameter measurement.
