HIFLY LED 0° ring light consists of uniformly distributed LED light-emitting units. Support customized color, power, light diameter, etc.

● Outside diameter: 60 mm. Inside diameter: 30 mm.Thickness:11mm.

● Brightness level 255, connected to the controller can be adjusted.

● Life span:50000 hours for red light and 30000 hours for white light.

● Suitable for scenarios that require high-precision inspection, such as industrial quality inspection, robot tracking, etc.

Applications Case

Bottle cap QR code detection

The small cap of the product and the complex two-dimensional code make the detection difficult. Use light illumination to increase the difference between the character and the background, so that the output image is clear.

Ceramic surface profile detection

Ceramic surface contour detection uses the direct illumination method of the ring light, and the contour is more obvious after the surface is illuminated.

Fastener nut cross groove detection

Surface is relatively flat, the end face is brightened with a ring light, and the cross groove is rough and black, so as to detect the quality of the cross groove.

Packaging bag production date detection

The surface of the product packaging bag is smooth, and the ring light direct method can reduce the reflection, increase the difference between the character and the background, so as to achieve a good detection effect.
