HIFLY LED 90° ring light consists of uniformly distributed LED light-emitting units.
Support customized color, power, light diameter, etc.

● Optional DIP/SMD lamp bead type.

● Outside diameter: 180mm. Inside diameter: 125mm.Thickness: 22mm.

● Brightness level 255, connected to the controller can be adjusted.

● Life span:50000 hours for red light and 30000 hours for white light.

Product character reading

Test requirements: light source will illuminate the product to make the character and background form a color difference, static trigger photography; The character is recognized and sent to the plc.

Keyhole Angle positioning

The position of the keyhole is accurately captured, the camera takes a static shot, finds the coordinates and gives the Angle value.

Auto parts defect detection

Use horizontal low-angle illumination to illuminate the six corners of the bulge, and the background is gray and black, so as to judge the defect of the object.

Nut defect detection

The edge is illuminated by the horizontal and low Angle illumination, the scratches do not reflect the light and the background is gray and black, so as to judge the object defects.
