Stamping parts defect detection
The stamping parts are colored and reflective, which has a large interference to the detection. When the coaxial light shines directly on the detected object, the defect area appears darker, so that the product defect is identified.
Light bulb base glue detection
Product variety of material number, detection system position is fixed. The production line sends the bulb base to the designated position to take pictures and apply glue at a fixed point. Then detect the gluing situation and eliminate the unqualified products.
Product sticker edge detection
Product sticker surface reflection, general light source lighting effect is not good. The coaxial light source has uniform light and anti-reflection, detection effect is well.
Food packaging character detection
The surface of food packaging has color and reflection, which has great interference to the detection. When the coaxial light is directly illuminated on the detected object, the character and the background produce a color difference, so that the character on the product packaging is recognized.
