The terminal products have small volume and small spacing.Use of point light can accurately illuminate the spacing between products, easy to judge the quality of products.
Point insertion needle detection
Camera,lens and light are fixed on the production lin. The product shell is transported to the specified position. Camera takes pictures to give the coordinate positioning, and the needle body fits according to the coordinates.
